Legal Notice.

Version 1.0 — in force from 7 October 2026

This is the formal identification of the company that operates viroan.com and is the seller of the licences sold on the Viroan marketplace, together with how to contact it, its regulatory status, and its points of contact under the Digital Services Act. It is the legal notice (in Germany, the Impressum) required of a commercial online service.

1. The company

• Registered name: Viroan sp. z o.o. (a limited-liability company under Polish law, spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością).
• Registered office: ul. Wielicka 42, lokal B3, 30-552 Kraków, Poland.
• Court register: entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001270651, kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia w Krakowie, XI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego).
• Tax identification number (NIP), which is also the EU VAT identification number: PL 679-337-75-98.
• Statistical number (REGON): 545853960.
• Share capital: PLN 5,000, paid in full.
• Management board and representation: Danylo Rumiantsev, President of the Management Board (Prezes Zarządu).

These contact points are not operated solely by automated means and allow you to communicate with Viroan directly and effectively.

3. Regulatory status

Viroan sells software licences. It does not provide investment services, does not execute trades and does not hold client funds. Viroan is not authorised or supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), by ESMA or by any other competent authority, and does not present itself as such. Being a registered company is not a licence and is not supervision. The Risk Disclosure states the position in full.

4. Points of contact under the Digital Services Act

Viroan’s single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) is legal@viroan.com, operating in Polish and English. Viroan’s single point of contact for recipients of the service (Article 12 of that Regulation) is support@viroan.com, operating in Polish and English; you may instead use any other contact point in clause 2, and none of them relies solely on automated tools. A notice concerning allegedly illegal content may be sent to legal@viroan.com, as described in the Terms of Service and the Complaints & Dispute Resolution policy.

5. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

How to make a complaint, Viroan’s position on out-of-court dispute resolution, and the competent consumer authorities are set out in the Complaints & Dispute Resolution policy and in the Terms of Service. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased to operate in 2025 and no longer provides a complaint route.

6. Language

This notice is published in English and Polish; the Polish version applies to a reader who is a Polish citizen or resident in Poland, and the English version in all other cases (clause 16.3 of the Terms of Service).
