About / Viroan·marketplace for checked trading software

Built by traders who ran out of capital, not out of ideas.

Viroan is a marketplace for trading automation that somebody outside the transaction has actually taken apart. Creators list bots, Expert Advisors and indicators; we read the source, run the build on data the creator never chose, and publish the record next to the listing — including what the check did not cover.

It started in November 2024 with one bot and an argument about capital. Five at the core now, twenty more in the orbit, and a company around it: Viroan sp. z o.o., registered in Kraków.

A few words on why we started.

From · D. Rumiancew · Founder Kraków · September 2026

On 16 November 2024 a friend and I were arguing about capital. We had a bot. It made a few percent a month on a small account, steadily, and the problem was the obvious one: a strategy that scales needs money, and we did not have any.

Somewhere in that argument the question changed shape. We had been asking how to get capital. What we kept running into was that nobody had any reason to believe us. We had a real result and no way to prove it was real — and when we went looking at what other people were selling, we could not tell the difference between a working system and a well-chosen screenshot either. Neither could anyone else. That is the actual market failure, and it sits underneath the capital problem rather than next to it.

So we started with the part that can be fixed by work rather than by money: read the code, run it on periods the seller did not pick, count the costs the seller left out, then publish what you found and what you failed to cover. Nobody can vouch for themselves: the check has to be done independently of the product’s creator, and paid for whether the answer is yes or no.

On 1 January 2025 we began. We named the project by vote — five candidates, one survivor: Valorium. A trademark conflict renamed us to Viroan in April 2026. The logo and the bull came with us.

Today the core is five people, with twenty more who touched the project on the way — designers, lawyers, analysts, marketers, mentors from Garage Genius, friends who stayed for one sprint and friends who stayed for all of them. Nobody arrived because the brand was famous. They arrived because the idea was not.

Viroan is early and this page says so in several places. The marketplace sells licences to checked software and nothing more than that: we take no custody, send no orders, and are not authorised to do either.

Our code of honour

Three principles. No exceptions.

These shape every decision — from what gets listed to how we get paid. They are short enough to hold us to.

01 / 03

Verify, don’t trust

Every build passes the full check before it can be listed. No exemptions, no back door, no “trusted partner” tier that skips a stage. A certificate that could be bought would be worth nothing to the person reading it.

applies to our own builds too
02 / 03

Ship sealed code

Approved builds are hashed, signed and frozen. The build we measured is the build you install, and a changed build re-enters the pipeline before it reaches a single buyer. If a sealed build could quietly become a different build, the seal would mean nothing.

and the seal is the entire product

Get paid on the sale, never on the verdict

Our fee exists when a licence sells. It does not change with the score, it cannot be increased by a pass, and a rejection costs the creator nothing. A creator can buy attention — featured placement and search priority are paid, and marked as paid. Nobody can buy the verdict. The moment a check is worth more to us approved than rejected, nobody should read one again.

paid visibility, never a paid review

Origin

From a question to a platform.

Nov 2024

Spark

The capital question, and the one underneath it.

Daniel and a friend, deep in bot development, ask why a working algorithm has no way to prove it works — and realise that is the blocker, not the money.

Jan 2025

Start

Work begins. The project gets a name.

Naming vote shortlist: Monetix, Finitiv, Cryptonix, Valorium, Alterion. Valorium wins. The first core team of five forms — founder, CTO, two engineers, finance — all at zero salary.

Jan 2025

Identity

Brand identity and the bull.

Palette, type and concept designed in-month. The V wears horns: bulls throw prices upward, and that is the only side of the chart we work on. Mascot named Bullik.

Jun 2025

Mentors

Accepted into Garage Genius.

The first external structure to bet on the project.

Dec 2025

Selection

Finals of Garage Genius.

Three rounds of selection, three passes. Full mentor support unlocked: legal, analytics, operations.

Apr 2026

Rebrand

Valorium becomes Viroan.

A trademark conflict forces a rename. New name, same mandate. Logo and bull survive, and the work does not pause for a single sprint.

Today

Now

Five at the core, twenty in the orbit.

Five people sign off on direction. Around them: designers, analysts, marketers, HR, lawyers and mentors — twenty more contributors who shaped what shipped. The company is Viroan sp. z o.o., KRS 0001270651.

Crew · 9 named, 20+ behind them

The five who sign off, and the four who define the surface.

Plus twenty more contributors — designers, analysts, lawyers, marketers, mentors — who shipped pieces of what you see today. The core five have worked at zero salary since they joined, on a commitment to take director positions and equity on incorporation.

What’s next

Roadmap. Published so you can keep us honest.

Dates slip and we try not to slip them quietly. The marketplace is live and needs no authorisation to sell software licences. In order, with the conviction we actually feel.

Donelive now

Launch the marketplace.

Checked software, public certificates, licence keys. Nothing on our side receives exchange or broker keys, holds funds or sends orders.

  • creator submissions open, six-step check running
  • certificates public and readable without an account
  • licensing, checkout, invoices and VAT on our side

Now6–12 months

Calibrate the Risk Engine. Gather the first cohort.

The engine’s admission thresholds ship provisional and deliberately conservative, because the live distribution of the things they measure is not characterised yet. They calibrate against real submissions. In parallel: the first creators, the first buyers, and enough traction to argue with.

  • thresholds move on data, and every change is versioned
  • first creators through the full pipeline, first licences sold
  • rejection reports published in aggregate, not per creator

Thennot dated

Open the round.

A staged pre-seed round. We will not print a date: the timeline is not ours to control, so a date here would be a guess dressed as a commitment.

  • pre-seed: angels, early-stage funds, non-dilutive grants

Further outnot published

We do not look past that yet.

There is a longer plan and it is not solid enough to put on a public page. When it is, this section gets written — here, with the date changed and the old text still readable in the page history. Not quietly swapped.

Nothing above is an offer of securities, a promise of authorisation, or a forecast of performance. The marketplace sells software licences; Viroan is not authorised or supervised by KNF, ESMA or any other competent authority, and does not present itself as such.

Backed by

Partners and mentors who’ve been there.

We’re early — but not alone. Swipe through the people and programmes shaping us today, and the slots we’re actively filling.

The round is open. A staged pre-seed to carry the platform through a controlled launch — angels, early-stage funds, and non-dilutive grant capital all on the table. The detail belongs in a deck and a data room rather than on a public page, so the way in is an email: partnerships@viroan.com.
