Report illegal content.

Anyone — whether or not you have an account — can tell us about a specific item on Viroan that they believe is illegal: a product listing, a review, a profile or a message. This includes infringement of copyright or other intellectual property, fraud, and any other content that breaks the law.

If you gave us your contact details, we confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay. We decide on it in a timely, non-arbitrary and objective way, tell you and the person whose content it is what we decided, why, and how to challenge the decision, and say whether we used automated means in handling the notice or making the decision. Content that breaks only our own rules, but not the law, can be reported in the same way; it is then handled under our Terms rather than as a notice of illegal content. Knowingly sending false or abusive notices is a breach of our Terms.

You can also e-mail legal@viroan.com, in English or Polish. A claim that a product uses your work as a co-author or rights holder follows its own route, through the report function on the product — see the Complaints & Dispute Resolution page.
